  • Growbiz Compliances itself is not a law firm or Ca Firm and does not replace professional legal or tax advice unless explicitly stated.

3. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

  • Use of our website or services does not create a lawyer-client, CA-client, or fiduciary relationship unless specifically agreed in writing.
  • Any advice provided is general in nature and based on information supplied by the user.

4. USER ELIGIBILITY

  • Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • By using our services, you confirm that the information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All payments are subject to applicable GST.
  • Fees once paid are non-transferable.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation requests must be raised in writing.
  • Refunds, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of Growbiz Compliances.
  • No refund shall be applicable once work has commenced, documents prepared, or filings initiated.
  • Delays caused due to Government departments, portals, holidays, or force majeure events are non-refundable.

8. TIMELINES (TAT)

  • Turnaround time (TAT) is indicative, not guaranteed.
  • Delays due to Government authorities, technical issues, third-party professionals, or incomplete user inputs are beyond our control.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

  • We maintain confidentiality of client data to the best of our ability.
  • Electronic communication carries inherent risks; Growbiz Compliances shall not be liable for unauthorized access beyond reasonable safeguards.
  • Users are advised not to share sensitive information unless required.

  • Portal downtime
  • Natural calamities
  • Internet or power failures
  • Strikes, riots, or legal restrictions

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts located in Kurukshetra District of Haryana (136118) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Growbiz Compliances reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.
