Refund and Cancelation Policy
At Growbiz Compliances, our primary focus is complete customer satisfaction. We strive to deliver services as per agreed specifications and timelines. However, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.

By availing any service from Growbiz Compliances, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a service is purchased and payment is made, the service cannot be cancelled due to change of mind by the customer.
  • If a customer requests to pause or hold the processing of a service, Growbiz Compliances shall not be liable for delays or outcomes arising due to such hold.
  • Before processing any refund request, Growbiz Compliances reserves the right to make best efforts to complete the service.
  • If services are not completed after a refund request, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fees + government or third-party charges (if any) shall be deducted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds shall be considered only in cases where Growbiz Compliances fails to provide the service from its end, subject to internal investigation and verification.

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Delay or rejection due to government authorities or technical issues on government portals.
  • Services already completed or partially completed.
  • Fees already paid to government bodies, statutory authorities, or third parties.
  • Processing fees, administrative charges, payment gateway charges, or manpower costs already incurred.

Refund Eligibility:

  • A refund request must be raised via email at info@growbizcompliances.com.
  • Refund will be processed only if the issue is resolved amicably within 3 days from the date of payment and before service processing begins.
  • No refund shall be provided if the matter is resolved after 3 days from the date of payment.

3. Earned Fees Clause

Once any portion of the service has been rendered, the corresponding fee shall be treated as earned fee and shall not be refundable, considering the time, expertise, and resources invested.

4. Ungovernable / External Factors

Certain services involve dependency on government departments, statutory authorities, or third-party platforms. Growbiz Compliances shall not be responsible for:

  • Delays due to government backlogs
  • Rejections or objections by authorities
  • Technical failures of government websites or portals
  • Changes in laws, rules, or compliance requirements

Such delays or outcomes are beyond our control and are not eligible for refund.

5. Force Majeure

Growbiz Compliances shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, cyclone, fire, etc.)
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Acts of government, court orders, or changes in law
  • War, terrorism, labor strikes, or public disturbances

In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds shall be processed within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or bank account as applicable.

7. Policy Updates

Growbiz Compliances reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically.
