What is Trademark Renewal?
A trademark renewal has to be filed within a timeframe of 6 months from the expiration of the registered trademark. If an owner fails to apply for the trademark renewal even then, a renewal application still can be filed by filing form Tm- 10 within 6 months of the registered trademark having expired by paying a surcharge.
